      It was. These machines give me such a workout in so little time. I am looking forward to seeing what my results will be as I can do more after healing.

    Walked 0.2 for a warm-up, ran 2 miles, and then walked 0.2 for a cool down. My running miles averaged 10:50 minutes/mile, so I am getting my speed back up!

    Walked 0.2 miles for a warm-up, ran 2 miles, and walked 0.4 miles for a cool-down. Running mile times were in the 11 minute range, which is not bad for my second post-surgery run.
