    Well since my mysterious toe injury is keeping me from running or Jazzercise, cycling it is. Beautiful morning for a neighborhood ride, though.

    Was hoping to finish in under an hour but at least I PRed this race by about 5 minutes (unofficially) ... and survived the deluge at the start.

    This run was about half as long as I planned but nature called and attacked my stomach. Let's just say it was a painful trip back to the house. Stupid gut.

    As close to 6m as I'll get before next weekend's 10K. 2 new firsts today: 5(ish):1(ish) intervals and I had to stop at 7-11 halfway for water because I was dying. I blame the Shot Blocks.

    Perfect, perfect weather. Should have run faster with these perfect conditions but I was returning to work and didn't feel like sweating all over everyone for the rest of the day.
