      That is a pet peeve of mine so I let my late swimmers jump on in where ever their lane mates are at, then they can do the missed part at the end of they feel that strongly.

    Shoulders are a little sore from the back to back 10Ks and I'm still wobbly from being sick, but it felt good to get in a short swim. Hope to be back on track tomorrow.
