Did a circuit training class at the gym in my office building. It was a nice change of pace and I'm glad I had time for it today.

Did some of today's workout on a recumbent stationary bike, which seemed to appease my sore calf muscles.

Get the book "Anatomy of Stretching" by Brad Walker. It's a nicely-illustrated guide to wonderful stretches and how they are useful.
I finally drank the foam roller Koolaid and have been pretty happy with it. My calves get very tight if I don't stretch conscientiously.

Thanks! I just ordered that book. I've been stretching based on what I can vaguely recall from various martial arts and other fitness classes, so I don't know if I'm doing it right.
