Easy paced progressive run. I spent a long afternoon sitting at the bench so I was kinda stiff to start off so the progressive pacing worked good. Great weather - I ate one gnat by accident, other than that it was a great run! I'm really glad that I don't have a whole lot on the calendar before RAGNAR starts on Friday because I am just too freakin' busy this week at work. ARH!
