It actually wasn't that bad. I had on bike shorts and lightweight running tights, a C9 quarter-zip long-sleeved top, and a windbreaker jacket. And very lightweight running gloves over my bike gloves. Was perfectly comfortable - I was a little surprised. :)

I have a routine I go thru: flutter kick, v-sit, full crunch, reverse crunch, upside-down toe-touches, full plank, each side plank, bicycle, oblique crunches, hip lifts. Sometimes I do it twice thru, but this morning I was pressed for time and only did it once, with a few minutes on the elliptical before and after to get the blood moving well.
