      I have to run at Cardrock next week and hate the thought of running without tree cover and limited water refill spots. Hopefully someone will be out there with the cold water. It has happened the last two long runs. Thanks to club volunteers who support us.

    Unbelievably hot.....Despite going only a short distance, I ran with a CamelBak to stay hydrated. Not sure if that was necessary or not, but better safe than sorry.

    5 Mile run on the Appalachian Trail from Rt 40 to Annapolis Rocks and back. Although this was a fun run, I've got to get some long runs done soon in preparation for the Finger Lakes 50.
