monday (yesterday) was the official "start day" of the program, but it was supposed to be a rest day. i did not rest. i needed to build up! lol. :) but today, i walked at 4.2 mph, and my legs felt so much stronger! tomorrow is another day like today, and i'm going to try and get up to 4.3 mph! :)


Way to go, keep it up! My goal is a 5K too!
