great Preliminary Workout #2 2.07 mi 00:30 14:29 pace

this workout seem tougher than sundays' workout. i think my legs are still getting used to the walking, but i'm glad i perservered, and i made it through. :) i alternated between 4 mph, 4.1 mph, and 4.2 mph. i walked .5m more than yesterday! whoo! :)
