    I Rrreeeeeeally didn't want to swim today. It's cold. The pool heater wasn't working well again. But I crushed it anyway and feel better now.

    Legs still recovering a bit from Ragnar but felt good despite being a bit on the cold and windy side (55 degrees).

    Hard to get in the pool today at 55 degrees but got in a swam. Massage yesterday rubbed out most of the aches and pains from Ragnar. The shift to IM70.3 training has occurred.
