    Short on time for this office spin- completed intervals - sprint every other page in my book. So hard my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my body but I guess that is the point.

    Ran first 5 with Keke on her bday then finished the 8 alone. Failed on hydration and nutrition and hit a wall at mile 6.5. Glad I only have easy workouts the rest of the week.

    Endurance run - longest distance since pre back surgery. Felt strong. Had to make the route longer to fit in 9 but stopped in to potty at my nlaws house in the country club.
