Maintained 2 min run/1 min walk throughout. Happier with pace. Don't think I'm getting used to the heat, think I'm just pushing thru. With 15K race 9 weeks away must push a little more. 78d/92%h.


Looks like you've got your ratio figured out...keep it up, you're doing great!

Thanks Chris!! I don't think I can do that ratio at this point for long runs, especially in this heat. May start tomorrow's long run at a 3:3 or maybe 2:1 and see how far I get with it. For some reason dailymile stopped sending me an email when I get comments/friend requests, etc. Have to look in to that.
