    Feeling exhausted today. Felt a run would help me feel better and more energized but I was wrong.I struggled to keep at a pace and although I felt better at the end of the run, I am still exhausted

    Ran water fall glen trail today. went out nice and easy and held a 7.15 pace for 7 or so miles then eased up The Big Bertha hill, and finished hard. Felt really good today with no leg problems at all
