    great 1800 yd 00:52 50:50 pace

A much better swim. I took a break every 150 yards instead of every 100 and averaged 5 strokes per breath. My form felt better for the first 10 laps until I got tired.

  4. RUN
    great 5 mi

Back to Monday for speed work. 6:15, 6:29 and 6:33 although the 6:33 involved dodging a newly opened fence that blocked the whole sidewalk, 2 cars pulling out and several doors opened at us.

    great 10 mi

A nice run with Kai and BOMF. I got to see Therion hit 500 miles with BOMF. It was great to see how excited he was by reaching the milestone.

  11. RUN
great BOMF and SRT 15 mi 02:04 08:14 pace

It felt like we were moving much faster. Still, it's 4 months until the marathon and I'm already running decent distance, so I'll take it.

  13. RUN

3 x 1mile repeats at 6:15, 6:15 and 6:29. The last one was really tough. Hopefully I'll be fully recovered from this cold by next week.

  14. RUN
great Graveyard And Clark Park 5.06 mi 00:45 08:55 pace

I over dressed for the cold and ended up a sweaty mess with a frozen face, but at least I got out and ran. http://j.mp/wDZFh0.

  19. RUN
    great 8 mi 01:06 08:15 pace

I did the last 5 @ 7:06 which felt good. I weighed myself for the first time and realized I'm up 10 pounds since Chicago. I'm back on Weight Watchers to try to finally get down to 160.

  20. Thanks Secret Santa whoever you are. My ears were much warmer today!
