I met up with 2 people from a local bike club to do a hill workout. It was a nice day for it and the ride felt nice...until we decided to add on a few more miles. That's when I started to feel the effects of my 21 mile run yesterday. At one point, I was struggling to go 7 mph up this killer hill. Today was supposed to be a rest day for me but I didn't want want to sit at home.

One good thing about today was noticing the effects of drafting. I followed closely behind the leader and had to work almost half as much as him.
