Technically this was a PR as my last one was set on a short course of only 3 miles. It was 60 degrees at the start and that's a LOT warmer then the 30 degree average i've been running in all winter. I think the heat got to me as I was very nauseous at the end.

This was also the last race in the winter series. I'm going to miss running a local 5k every other weekend.
