These didn't go well and I don't know to begin.

I wish the local track wasn't torn up. It helps with keeping times consistent which is one of the main goals of this workout.
Doing these on the street and putting my trust in either Google maps or imapmyrun to get correct mile markers isn't fun. Plus, dealing with traffic and snowy sidewalks doesn't help.

I was supposed to do 800 jogs but decided to do six minute jogs instead. The jog after the first mile turned out to be about 9/10 of a mile. Way too long and too fast.

I'm glad these are done. Next time they will be on a track!.
