One of the best runs I've had in a long time.
I started out pacing behind Shirk but he turned off to go exploring which left me on my own. The initial goal was to go 3.5 out and then turn around. My pace was fairly aggressive from the beginning and I was feeling great. Around the 2 mile mark, I made up my mind to try and negative split the run.
I hit the turnaround at 23:10 and then did the second half in 22:40. I was super pleased as coming back is a lot tougher with more uphills.
This was totally the run I needed as I've been really doubting my performance lately.
