Took Kodak out for a little jog. A mini Dachshund is not the best running breed. :)
I hate to type it, but my legs aren't. sore. at. all. Don't ask me how that is because I was expecting not to be able to walk today.
Broke in Brooks Launch pair #5 that i got for my b-day.

nice!! ;) i swear that a tad bit of walking and tiny little food breaks make all the difference in recovery! that' why i like ultras...they encourage those two things! ;)

Seriously, your 31 at 31 was insanely inspiring. I am going for 13 (1/2 marathon) on my 39th this June (love the 13 being 1/3 of my age ). It'll be my longest ever.

Not sore? Impressive. The weather was much better than the Richmond marathon (where we were all about to crawl into a grave), I am sure that was a big bonus.
