mile repeats = fail

My original intentions were to do 3 mile repeats at a sub-6:00 pace with a 1/2 mile rest in between. I think the fast 9 miles yesterday killed me because my legs were dead!

(As I started my second mile, I was facing a headwind almost thew whole time and my legs felt very heavy. I looked at my watch and my pace was over 6. I knew the mile repeats were not going to be happening today. Instead, I decided to keep a goal 10k pace for a few miles.)
