great long run 13.1 mi 01:36 07:20 pace

A little faster than I wanted for a long run. I was still out of town so I mapped out a course via Google maps. The route was ~10 mile loop that would bring me back to a recognizable area close to the hotel. From there, I could choose how I wanted to get finish it out. It just so happened that the way I chose was exactly 13.1 miles.

One downside/upside to mapping routes from the computer in an unfamiliar town is that you never know what kind of terrain or road to expect. The run today was very hilly which i need to incorporate more as they were semi-eliminated for the training of the last marathon on a pancake flat course.
