That felt great. It's probably the last time I'm gonna push it that hard before the marathon.


Nice pace. Do it one more time. Maybe one more next week. You'd still have plenty of time to recover... and the whole taper philosophy is "just as hard, but not as far".
And even if you don't, this is a fine way to close things off.
