  2. RUN
great gym to golf course PLUS 4.24 mi 00:41 09:33 pace

Haven't run this route in a while so it was good to have a change of pace!

  3. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 4 mi 00:40 09:59 pace

Kind of a high mileage week for me. I'm pooped now.

  4. RUN
good End of Oddstad + San Pedro Co... 4.35 mi 00:45 10:26 pace

Got out relatively early this morning...all I can say is, I should have brought my gloves :-)

  5. RUN
good to Peralta and back 4.39 mi 00:44 10:01 pace

Just over my usual 10 minute pace goal. But today was one of those days I really didn't feel like going out and did it anyway, so I'll take some credit for that...

Love to see the miles go up and the pace go down; stay strong....

  9. RUN
    good Treadmill 4 mi 00:34 08:31 pace

Sometimes life feels like you're on a treadmill. Sometimes you actually are, though.

yeah, and even when you run outdoors you always end up in the same place you started. So what does that say about life?

Hahaha! At least when you run outside, you may come back to the place you started, but you weren't there the entire time!

  10. RUN
good to Peralta and back 4.39 mi 00:45 10:09 pace

Freezing for the first half. Wore two shirts, sweatshirt, long pants, gloves, warm socks, and I still can't feel my fingers! Still, kind of a good feeling to be out there.

Excellent! A beautiful January day :-)

  12. RUN
great to Peralta and back 4.39 mi 00:43 09:46 pace

It's so funny...my back is kind of tweaky today, so I thought I would just take it slow. And then it turns out this is actually pretty fast for me.

  13. RUN
good End of Oddstad 2.92 mi 00:29 09:56 pace

Not much time for a run today, but I did it faster than usual...

  14. RUN
great Into San Pedro County Park 4.14 mi 00:40 09:40 pace

Feeling like my pace has speeded up a little in the last week!

  15. RUN
great sawyer camp trail 5.05 mi 00:50 09:52 pace

Pretty rare for me to pull off a long trail run with a lot of elevation change at this pace, so I'm feeling very happy today. And exhausted.

Good-this is my best time ever for the President's Fitness Challenge! Or, as they say on dailymile, the bottom quartile.

    Had a great run!

  18. RUN
good To Fassler 3.29 mi 00:33 10:03 pace

OK, I needed to rush off and pick up my cousin at the train, so I had to cut this short, but I did a really brutal shorter run to make up for it!
