      Hi Jessica - I decided I wanted to log miles in 2012 - this seemed to be a good way to do it. I use my Garmin, too -- but that doesn't help if I forget to wear it. Sarah - I watched Bachelor last night -- Biggest Loser is tonight :) I have to watch it the next day, since I don't have a tv by the treadmill. I use Hulu on the computer.
