good Karate Trail Run with Korra 5.51 mi 00:54 09:52 pace

Ran down to the Arroyo with Korra, met up with Lisa and Nicholas, who were walking down there. Handed off the pooch and she walked back with them. It was warm out and she was dragging after the first mile. I was feeling pretty good on this, my first run over 3 miles in a few weeks. Legs felt great. Feet were a little tender at the end, but nothing serious.
