Keeping it short and easy to keep the right foot healthy until and through the marathon. Felt slight twinges of pain there around mile 3, but it doesn't seem too bad. Here's hoping it's not.

First run in my new Vibram Fivefingers SeeYa. SeeYas? Who knows. Shoes feel great, though. Much less structured upper than the Bikilas, and a more flexible sole, too. They feel more like KSOs with a sole built for running. I like.
