good Walking the dog 1.5 mi 00:25 16:36 pace

I'm gonna say this felt good, because relative to how I've been feeling, it did. Still not 100%, but took the dog for a jaunt around the hood and didn't feel too bad. It was more walk than run, but I jogged a couple times just to see how it felt. Garmin upload seems to be working! But, until dailymile pulls in the elevation and heart rate data, I think I'm still gonna be using GarminConnect.

EDIT: The route data captured here is actually wrong. Here's what really happened: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/27251341

Glad you're feeling a bit better. Wish I had a pet to take out. Just build up to it =]

Michael, glad to hear you have a bit more pep in the step! I am curious as you are not the first person who has said this to me. My friend's doctor said she started running in 'running socks'?? And this helped her to regain strength in her injured feet. Any info would be enlightening :)
