alright Ride to rehearsal 8.55 mi 00:36 14.4mph pace

injured Long run cut short 2.62 mi 00:26 09:45 pace

Disappointing to be sure, but kudos to you for playing it safe. Hope it's nothing too serious and only needs a little bit more time or a visit to physio.

Were you in regular shoes or minimals (or bare feet)? If it feels possibly muscle related you could try some foam roller work or massage. Rest is wise. Good luck figuring it out (or it could resolve itself).

injured When good calves go bad 2.6 mi 00:28 10:43 pace
Right calf betrayed me at mile 2. Had only planned on a short one today, but it got even shorter when my calf seized up. Not exactly a cramp, but tight and painful. Maybe an almost cramp? A strain?... read more

More bike commuting! Spotted a dude riding a bike that could be my stolen former ride. Now must stalk him at this time and location until I can get a better look.

Sadly I'm not that macho. Not even sure where to begin on creating an app to interact with the API. And even if I did, how to identify the entries I want to delete could be just as tedious in either case. Appreciate the suggestion, though. :)
