    Easy run on a rolling course with a dash into the store on the return to grab a forgotten grocery item. Felt good. Pleased with the pace.

    Nice way to kick off the morning. Kiddo and dog seemed to enjoy it too. Cool but humid. Pace very consistent. Nice that 8:30s feels easy with the stroller.
