first time doing some speed work between the track and the treadmill. It went pretty well. I was sunnning a full minute/mile faster on the treadmill than i usually can do on the track or outside. then when I ran on the track I also was ruinning faster than usual. I'm going to do this again on friday. Just signed up for the pemberville 5 miler !!
