great 5K Hood Run 3.11 mi 00:37 11:50 pace

I had thought about a 4mile run; but, when I saw that I had a chance of running a 5K in under 37 minutes I decided to run the 5K instead. Negative mile splits and really put some effort in the last mile. Run felt great and heel almost a non-factor. It’s still a tiny bit tender. I really enjoyed running outside again. :)
After: I stretched legs/calves and iced knees/heel/ankle.
Weather: Sunny 54 F, Wind 13 mph SSW, Humidity 38% (Got some Vitamin D)
