Goal: 55:00-60:00. Out-and-back on the Paint Creek Trail. One-mile warm up and one-mile cool down, and tried to run steady in between. Kept the splits on each of the 5.83 middle miles within 5 seconds of each other. Minimal hip flexor pain for a few minutes, and felt great otherwise.


Great job keeping such a steady even pace....and a super speedy one!!
