      I know how you feel, Matt! I wanted longer miles today too. It's good that you had very little hamstring pain though!! That is a definite plus. Hopefully with less pain you'll be able to log longer miles and longer runs will come easier.

    Easy run on the Paint Creek Trail. Luckily very little hamstring pain, but my legs were pretty sluggish. No complaints though...sluggish legs > hurt legs any day!
