    Hills!!!! Mountain Base Rd. loop - it's up hill for a mile, down hill on the way back, went twice around. I wanted to quit at 3 miles, but I made myself just do it.

    Did a timed 1 mile and a 400m on the track today with my husband. It was really windy and I feel like that held me up a bit, but overall I am happy. My 400m time was 1:42.

    Really liked this course and the rain let up just in time. They were missing my age for some reason, but it looks like I would have finished 11th in my group.

    We did a timed 1 mile run at Crossfit tonight and I came in under 8! This was after working on 4 rounds of 7 rep max deadlifts so my legs were kind of tired :)
