    A chilly, but very pleasant run at dusk. This is the first day it has been comfortable enough to get out.

    A nice run on a beautiful morning. Probably the last for awhile. I couldn't go longer because youth Hockey got in the way.

    A pleasant pre-dawn run. Feeling fine, but could be better.

    A little faster. Getting stronger after the rest, but still some upper back pain. The pain is improving to the point where it is more of a discomfort, but still annoying.

    A slow-paced run. It has been about two weeks. Feeling better, but not pain free.

    I had to take some time away to rehab a really nasty upper body back pain. I am about to 95%. In the meantime some body weight exercises. A run tomorrow morning.
