    15 minutes warmup, 3x 30 seconds uptempo, 10 x800 at 617 to 628 minute mile pace. Cooled down with the rest of the miles left (1.25)to get 9. That was hard!

    30 mph winds with Scott and Paul and Ryan on the bike. So very difficult, blowing sideways and backwards. Vo2 max 57 now. Supposed to be 18 miles, but this HAD to be the equivalent. πŸ™„

    Easy (yeah RIGHT!) recovery run with Ryan biking beside me. Real feel 95 degrees at noon 2 days after my race. Ugh.
