    good Easy 1 1.11 mi 00:11:27 10:18 pace

Short easy run with Stanley after crossfit, since I was already in exercise clothes and he's been looking sad. Neither of us has been running lately, so he misses it. I feel bad for the poor pup.

boo inchworms! Bench presses, interesting. We've never done those. Do they try to get you to run Pose method? Great job on a long WOD!

The coach told everyone: "Figure out your bench press 3-rep max, so when we do these again like four months from now you'll know." Apparently they don't come up much! They don't really care what the running form is, as long as you go fast. I was out there doing my Slow Runners Club thing when everybody else was booking it

Mom: this is how wall climbs work ... it's not as impressive as scaling a wall! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxlPxr6h_yE I can't get all the way up yet. I get to about a 45 degree angle and stall out there.

Mimi: I dunno if I can climb a rope until I'm much further along. Plus being up there would make me a-scared

Getting low with squats is something you develop. You can't get low because you haven't gotten low... the more you do it, the more your flexibility will improve. When I started Crossfit, my injury was full force and I could barely squat at ALL. Yesterday the trainer had to get onto me for not squatting deep because he caught me doing it accidentally. That's a good thing, because it means the only reason I'm not getting low now is habit, not injury. You'll get there.
