      Melissa, I just checked my training schedule and I am on for a 20 that day. I could grab a cab back to the 10K mark and run in with you. That sounds like a good plan!

    Did a mini-tempo, recovery, moderate . 20 mins. avg 7:33 per mile, a minute recovery and moderate run home. Way humid this morning. I could have gone out in short sleeves.
