Ran with Bailey, Lynda, Ashley and Maddie after work this morning...We were all pumped to go running, but the weather didn't want to cooperate with us. Got 2miles in before the rain started coming down and cut it short. I was getting smoked by everyone else and bringing up the rear, but I kept a steady pace and never stopped to walk.

    That's a good pace, Nicole! I'm much slower than that! My goal for this first HM is to simply finish....I'll work on pace with the next one. You're doing great! We are going to have so much fun!
