It went surprisingly easy at first but then by the 3rd or 4th minute my shin muscles started to burn like crazy and I didn't think I'd be able to finish. Thankfully I did lol.

Yesterday was a day of rest...and boy did I rest. So much so that I don't want to get back out there today. I'm currently working no the motivation to go out before it gets too late....ugh.
