    First time back in about 6 months or more. Felt good. Could have done so much better. I feel good though. Like I'm back on the ball! Love it!

    Did 20 minutes on the ellip/ski thingy and then 10 on the stair master. Whoa! Momas! That stair master is NO JOKE.

    Another slow walk but at a higher incline [btwn 2-5] this time. Going back tomorrow. Doing yoga tomorrow morning too. That may help.

  8. Put in 40 minutes on the treadmill last night. Slow but I did it. Haven't walked for a long period of time since I got the car. My legs were NOT happy. Going back tonight.

  10. Picked up some snazzy, & comfy new kicks last night & packed my gym bag this morning!

    As @fave would say..."I'm getting up off it!"

    I haven't walked for a long time. My feet hurt really bad. I need to work on stretching, doing some Yoga and just walking a lot more.
