    I was really feeling great before mile 10. Then I was really hurting. Im not sure if it was not being fueled correctly or what. I have a slight feeling it was me being dehydrated.

      I ended up at the gym so it didnt really matter how I carried my water. I'll have to worry about that next weekend.

      good for you amy! running on the treadmill sucks. let me know what you do for carrying water, I've been looking for a solution as well (for the future, when I might try running farther lol)

  12. 10 miles is on the plan for tomorrow. What does everyone use for water while they are running? Water belts, carry a bottle, Camelback? What do you recommend?
