I felt better than I did during last week's long run, but not a whole lot better. My goal was to be around 9:17/mi, but I had to walk a few times and ended up considerably slower. Maybe I'll be back on form next week?

You need to cut yourself some slack...you've been trainning back-to-back!!! I consider that pretty admirable! Hang in there!

I know... I'm just sad because I was hoping to significantly improve on my time from Disney (maybe even make it into the sub-1:50 range), and I don't know if that will happen unless these long runs start improving.

I think you will still get there, with so much training I think it is that point that you have to dip down a little to start picking back up. Just keep up the good work, you are doing awesome although it may not feel like it now.
