    Ok so I know it was a very short distance but I was scared to hurt my tendon again... sooooo far so good no real pain while running just soreness...

      hey, a mile is still a mile and farther than I could go when I first started running. And your sore mile is still faster than my fast mile so you are in pretty good shape!
