Good run, glad to hear Roxy is doing so well. Very fast pace considering it looks like you went over Hall Mt. It looks like the anti-Mindy loop. Did you park at Hayes Marsh Field? It sounds like Dave met up with a bear and bested him, but we haven't heard from him since he said he saw his second bear of the day.

The bears won't mess with me again! Turns out I was wrong, it was 7 miles to the car and I went a pretty direct route (Bobcat to Hayes field and then the trail (whatever its called) that goes directly to one mile. Hope Roxy feels better. She did seem not very Roxy today. Amazing job on Lynx. Amazing!!!

You may have trouble with the cold, but you can certainly take the heat. I'm pretty sure I would have melted today, I came pretty close just getting in 3 miles at home. I'm hoping for better weather tomorrow, for my sake and Eric's. And According to Dave's entry nice job with the turtle, I saw one on my run today just off the road on a small embankment between the road and the pond this one had to be 20" in diameter.
