First run after being rear-ended at the end of June and injuring my back. Still don't have a full doctor's okay (since I cancelled an appointment before going out of town) but the back is substantially better and the mind and belly chub were desperate to run. Self-imposed Garmin restriction. Need to pay closer attention to how I feel than where my splits are.
