    Wrraaaarrrrrrrrrr!!! Took about a mile to shake out the cobwebs as I've been nursing some nasty shin splints, but we legged out a 10 minute final mile to make up for it!

      You know I was just reading about those gadgets. The first version that came before the one you probably got was recalled because sweat would ruin them. This one they say is off on certain readings, prob because of its lack of GPS. They say Forerunners by Garmin are better, but they're pricey.

      yea, Friday is imagination day. We just imagine ourselves running for an hour or so, or try to imagine that its Sunday and we already did the long run. Its mental exercise, keeps the mind sharp ;)

      LOL! Sports psychologists often recommend people visualize themselves having success in running, but I don't believe I've heard the idea of imaging you're already done with it... that's awesome! See you on Saturday?
