Besides my nose being raw from blowing and irritating sweat-salt, I felt good. Tried gu for the first time... wasn't sure if I could get that first swallow down, but after that it was okay. I think it helped. Who knows how I would've felt without it?

    It's like sucking the jelly out of a jelly donut!! They help me TONZ though! I down a bunch of water with them though; those babies are THICK!!! Hope you get feeling better soon!!
