Out of town Test Run 2.13 mi 00:20 09:30 pace

Slow test run to see how the ribs can handle the impact. No pain on the right, still have pain on the left, but it is more localized now. Stopped once during each mile ... if I press on the sore spot, I can take a deeper breath without pain. Wanted go to further, but decided to hold off so that I can continue to heal. Took all I had to do a mile a couple of days ago, so am happy to do twice the distance today ... progress.
