After working at setting up and breaking down the race on Friday and Saturday, I slept in this morning. Long hours, lots of walking, lifting, carrying, loading and unloading ... makes for a tired me. I knew my long run wouldn't happen today, but I took The Cookie to her trail today instead.

She got a new distance PR, barely. It was a little warmer today since it was a little later than we usually go, so I wasn't sure how she would do. She was pretty tired at the end, but she was rarin' to go.

Now it's time to get some stuff done around here. Hitting the road again on Wednesday morning and have too much to do to get ready to roll.
