Early Morning Rainy Speed Work 3.98 mi 00:35 08:46 pace

Humid this morning and tough to breathe. Yuck. Met a friend at a high school track this morning for a dark and rainy speed work session. Love a good rain run :)

Mile 1 - warm up
Mile 2 - fast lap (400m)/slow lap x 2
(3 rounds of stadium stairs)
Mile 3 - fast lap/slow lap x 2
Mile 4 - nothing special. I couldn't breathe well enough to do speed that last mile, but dang, it ended up being fast!
